I am so in love with Anna Dello Russo at the moment - total girl crush.

She is like a walking runway of some of the best edited looks of the season and is fearless in wearing even the extreme looks that we might love but wonder if we could actually wear. These are from fellow bloggers The Sartorialist & Jak & Jil so you might have already seen them but I am posting anyway.

I thought this was in interesting juxtaposition to the Halle Berry post.

This red Roberto Cavalli gown illustrates beyond a doubt how much fabric (or lack of it) and cut can really change what is basically the same dress design wise as the one Halle is wearing below.

Doesn't she look lovely?

She is wearing a one shoulder Marchesa dress that is apparently a lavender, even though it is photoing as more of a white. I am always impressed with the Marchesa line. The seem to completely ignore trends and keep every dress red carpet & somewhat timeless. Maybe it is not cutting edge fashion but they sure do make a girl look good!

Rumour has it that Halle will soon be shaving her head off completely for an upcoming role - how brave is that! Think she will spark a bald trend?

Kimberly Stewart may not be a regular on this blog but there is no denying that she looked quite lovely at the Raisa Gorbachev Foundation gala dinner, in a stunning Alberta Ferretti gown. I am very impressed and hope she continues this new grown-up look!
